How much damage does weakness add?

Weakness adds 50% damage, double weakness adds 100% damage. Resistance lowers damage by 50%, double resistance lowers it by 75%. Upgrades also add a flat damage bonus, 5% per level from 1-5 and for elemental augments, 10% for each level of mighty.
